Owner Jeremy Turner says:
“Dave has a natural flair for understanding what an owner wants in a boat and, crucially, he asks the right questions to get results.”

LIIT bespoke motor launch
Boat name: LIIT
Type: 37ft bespoke launch
Designer: Andrew Wolstenholme
LIIT is a bespoke 37ft classic motor launch built for owner Jeremy Turner who has had two boats and one restoration completed by Cockwells. A stunning launch designed by Andrew Wolstenholme, the LIIT is a 37-foot semi-displacement, twin-screw motor vessel built entirely of wood.
She has been designed to the same high specification as the bespoke 32-foot launch Ocean Fauna with all the handcrafted detail however, LIIT has extra length and a sleeker profile. This provides the added benefit of a luxuriously appointed fore cabin with a double berth. The twin 225hp Volvo D4 engines provide an efficient cruising speed of 15 knots and a maximum speed of 24 knots.
Launched in July 2008, her powerful diesel engines enable her to reach 24 knots from a standing start in 15 seconds. With approximate fuel consumption of 50 litres per hour at 18 knots she is also proving economic to run for a boat of this type. Motorboat and Yachting documented the build of this launch and consequently joined us on the sea trials.
